Earlier this month, Bob called Angela to check on an invoice. Angela assumed he was calling to verify his funds in order to buy his wife a nice gift for their upcoming wedding anniversary. Angela took note of Bob’s anniversary date when he mentioned it during a conversation they’d had a few months before. She even set a reminder to congratulate him.
